Chronic Pain Control

When I was diagnosed, I was told that I would need to learn a method of controlling pain. I wanted to create a group where people can come to discuss the methods they use. Meditation, Crafts, Music etc. I hope that this group will offer some, the chance to learn how others help augment their pain control.
