I'm a philosophy professor in Dallas, TX. I have antiphospholipid syndrome, lupus anticoagulant, and mixed connective tissue disease (which they think will resolve into either scleroderma or lupus). I've had several strokes and a heart attack but I am fairly functional. I'm married with 4 cats and 4 dogs. Oy.
