About Me

I am a 24 year old woman who has had disabilities all of her life. I was born 2.5 months premature. While I was in the hospital, I had a brain hemorrhage. This resulted in my optic nerve being damaged, and led to Cerebral Palsy on the right side of my body. It may have also led to my hearing loss as well, but there were other factors in my life that may have led to that. (Ear infections, and labyrinthitis.) I wear hearing aids. I also wear glasses to help me see where center is -- if I don't wear my glasses, center is off to the right for me. I also use assistive technology, such as ZoomText, on my computer. I love to read, write, watch TV, and sing. I also like to listen to music.

Books: Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, as well as books based off of Star Trek: TNG all the way through Enterprise.
