About Me

52 year old Caucasian female. I have several conditions to contend with. I suffer bipolar disorder - heavy on the depression - diabetes (controlled with diet), osteoarthritis, sleep apnea, possible narcolepsy (being tested soon). I have been off work 14 weeks because I had severe issues this winter, partially from herniated disks in my back and partially from possible autoimmune neuropathy. I can walk and live on my own again, but I still have some symptoms, like nerve pain. I am about to begin physical therapy for my knees. Apparently not being able to walk for a month affected them badly. I am divorced, I have two grown children and one granddaughter, and work full time. At least, I vaguely remember that I did!
