Hi, I have had a neurological condition for most of my life called Charcot Marie Tooth syndrome. I have had many right knee dislocations and had a patella realignment in 2000. In nov. 07 I had the knee fused, it was classed as a salvage procedure, it was that or an above knee amputation. On 7th April I will know whether my leg will be above knee amputated or not. I have 2 boys aged almost 26 and 22 and will be becoming a nan at the end of May. I have 3 dogs one of which is a Labrador and loves trying to help me, picking up laundry that I drop, only for the border terrier to take it off him and hide it in the garden ha ha. The oldest dog is a border collie.
