About Me

Born in 1960 with hydrocephalus and CP; attended school in Wyoming. Stroke in 1977, resulting in left hemiplegia on top of diplegic CP. Graduated in 1979 as student body president of largest high school in state. Degree in political science from the University of Wyoming. Have worked in disabilities field since 1988, first with people with developmental disabilities, then as an imndependent living specialist, then for Wyoming's Tech Act project. Have been coordinator of consumer activities at the Wyoming INstitute for Disabilities since 2002. Married to Janet since July 1997, and we are "mom and dad" to a 75 lb. Lab/Chow cross and two cats.
