About Me

Wheelchair user for the past 8 years (manual), due to irreversible orthopedic damage to both feet, as well as a non-related neurological disorder. Chronic pain has left me unable to focus for any reasonable length of time, and 240 mg of morphine per day don't help to keep me mentally sharp. I can expect 3-4 days a week when I'll be ablw to get out of the house, but I never know ahead of time, so I don't make many plans. On the lighter side, the cloud I'm in allows me to hide my own Easter eggs. I have two sons, 12 and 18, who are on the right track and have made surprisingly few mistakes in life. I take them snowboarding most winter weekends, as I live about 30 miles from Sierra Summit Resort in the central Sierras.
