I was an EMT/CCT when in 2004,lower lumbar disk 3/4 ruptured,after a 4 1/2 hour Emergency operation,that nite and 8mts later a 11 hour operation, i was told "id never walk without Aid again", well i do walk, at times, it is hard, but, i do,i go to the gym, every day,when LL 3/4, let lose, it took part of the above disk with it, so the second operation, that Doc, took out bone fragments,, and scar tissue, i have nerve damage to my left side,
