Where to start? Before `acquiring' TBI I had often been told I was a very `interesting' person (as in unusual background and experiences) and my post disability life has looked more like a twilight zone episode than anything else. Not that it's all `bad', just, at least academically, fascinating. Since any real bio would be either grossly lengthy or utterly confusing, I will say that I have been described as equal parts geek, hippy chick and amazon. I am one of those people who is curious about everything, loves to learn (geek), and in a perfect world I would spend my time barefoot (if not pg, lol) and outdoors playing with kids, dogs and just reveling in the beauty of the simplest things (hippy chick). Though not reflecting a strong level of `belief' in astrology, I am the classic taurus in that I go far out of my way to avoid conflict, preferring to seek (or create) `win- win' situations. That said, I have done a lot of advocacy work and when I am right and something significant is at stake, my strength and tenacity make me appear like a warrior (amazon).
