About Me

My name is Richard and I research, test, and review a variety of medical products for a company called ActiveForever. I usually work with products designed for the elderly or the handicapped, but I also venture off into everything from fitness equipment to obscure consumer electronics. I am always looking to learn more about different medical conditions and am here to help anyone who has a question or a problem and needs a product solution for it. Currently I suffer from chronic back pain brought on by a car accident 4 years ago. An "absent-minded" individual slammed into the back of my truck at about 50 miles per hour as I was sitting at a stop light. I fractured two vertebrae and pulled muscles in my back and neck. After a great deal of physical therapy I get around pretty well but am limited as to what I can do for any extended period of time. I was the warehouse manager for ActiveForever before, but found my calling (and help for my back) in researching and writing. I'm happy to be part of this community and look forward to interracting with everyone. :)
