About Me

Well...I am Kristin and I am 24 years old. I am an AVM survivor. I had a AVM rupture on my spinal cord when I was 14 years old. I was in a coma for 31 days in a local children's hospital. Doctors thought I would never live, told my parents to donate my organs With extensive rehabilation I am now a productive adult. Coming from a junior varsity cheerleader to wheelchair to walking, I know how a disability affects a person not only emotionally but socially. Since this experience happened to myself, I am passionate about the Lord and a devote Christian. I have learned to love the Lord and realize he has a plan for me. I am here to make some new friends and possibly a companion. Hope to share some stories soon with you!
