hi im 43 years old and have just been diagnosed with having 2 slipped discs in the lowest part of my back. i know thats not the real name for it but you know what i mean. i slipped one about 21 years ago but i got over that untill i damaged these two, 6 months ago. i live in the uk and i am married to a very supportive hubby. i have had 5 children 4 boys and a girl. apart from being in pain every day i am quite happy with my way of life. i work for a supermarket chain but i dont know if i can continue with this job as ive been told by the doctors that i need to change, as its too physical
