Kr!sty ~ 27 ~ single mom of a 2 y/o girl, Laney ~ 5'2/average ~ 13 tattoos ~ 6 piercings ~ 2 cats ~ 2 dogs I was born with Muscular Dystrophy, but no one knew it. When I was 8, I started having the symptoms [clumsiness, loss of coordination, loss of balance…]. I had developed Scoliosis by the time I was 10. I had a Spinal Fusion to correct the Scoliosis when I was 12. While I was in the hospital recovering, I was diagnosed with Friedreich’s Ataxia [a type of MD]. I used a walker for a couple of weeks. Then crutches [not elbow crutches] for about 3.5 years. I went to a wheelchair permanently when I was 16. I graduated from high school in 1999. I got married May 19th '01. I got pregnant in ‘05 & had her, Laney, April 19th '06 [2 days before my birthday]. I got a divorce after 5 years & 2 months of a rough marriage. The divorce was final april 17th '07.
