About Me

hello. there, This is a forty something woman who didn't know she was "disabled" until I was late thirty something. My disses are hearing- and vision-impairment, nusculo-skeletal problems and some yet undiagnosed nerve ailment. What a mouthful! I am also the mother of one autistic son (15 years old) and a second son with seizure disorder and another unyet diagnosed sleepand/or developmental disorder. And, oh yes, married to a pretty good husband...who has seizure disorders as well. All of that said, except for the handi-tags on the car, we look pretty "undisabled," which brings its own special brand of bias.
