I am a 52 yr old mother of 3 and grandmother of 4. My oldest son (31) has autism so I've spent the last 20 some years working as his advocate which led to jobs focused around advocating for children with disabilities and their families. I had to retire in 2000 due to health reasons...I have too many diagnosis to list (personally, I think they are all symptoms of one or two things). :) MS and Fibromyalgia are the primary ones. I use a power chair most of the time but can get around our apartment with a walker...usually!!
Hobbies: Camping, fishing, reading, "surfing" the net (it's how I found this site) :) horseback riding.
Interests: Family (especially my grandchildren), advocacy (I'm retired but not gone):) MS and Fibro. research, travel (although it can be difficult) :(
