after 8 years of being told theirs nothing wrong and the pain is all in my head i finally have a diagnosis of HMS and have since seen a geneticist who thinks i have EDSIII. my left shoulder dislocates at least five times a day, except when it stays out for a few days! i have little use in my left hand. i've also dislocated hips,L knee, R shoulder,neck, ribs, toes, fingers, L wrist. i have got a lot worse in the last year but have found new hobbies that i can do like cross stitch and reading
