About Me

I was born in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains in California, and no matter how much I travel, there is no place like it anywhere else. In spring, if the wind is just right, the smell of the ocean will travel all the way up and mingle with the pines, defying what the senses assumed was possible. Since growing up in the mountains, I have lived in Switzerland (another place most dear to me), and am now in the Bay Area finishing up my B.A. at UC Berkeley. There is not much that I do not want to do, except visit the jungle, and I love new adventures. Unfortunately, lately most of my new adventures have been taking place in the hospital, but hopefully that will change soon! I have stage III heart failure, and have had two TIA's. I am here to help those diagnosed with heart conditions. I am well versed also in how to maneuver Social Security, and would love to help anyone who has any questions.
