About Me

The initials stand for Thomas Kenney, which is my first and middle name. The letters are a slightly unusual combination that I think fits my personality better! Given that my parents started calling me "T.K." before I was even born, perhaps it had some influence in making me independent. In addition to being a person with a disability (Spinal Muscular Atrophy), I work as a disability rights attorney concentrating in the development of policies related to the promotion of accessible, affordable and integrated housing. I also handles some individual cases. Being a lawyer and having a disability are the two biggest factors in my persona. I am looking forward to meeting new people through this website and it is great to be here!
