Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
That Alexander Graham Bell Association helps enhance the lives of those affected by hearing loss. The ogranization educates families, education, and health care professionals on childhood hearing loss.
The Better Hearing Institute (BHI) is a not-for-profit corporation that educates the public about the neglected problem of hearing loss and what can be done about it. Founded in 1973, we are working to:
* Erase the stigma and end the embarrassment that prevents millions of people from seeking help for hearing loss.
* Show the negative consequences of untreated hearing loss for millions of Americans.
* Promote treatment and demonstrate that this is a national problem that can be solved.
Canadian Hard of Hearing Association
The CHHA is run by and for deaf and hard of hearing Canadians and is dedicated to enhacing their quality of life and social inclusion.
Gallaudet University provides undergraduate and graduate education, career development, and more for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community.
Hearing Dogs, based in the UK, trains dogs for people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Hearing Loss Association of America
HLAA is dedicated to improving the lives of all those affected by hearing loss.
International Hearing Dog, Inc.
IHDI is dedicated to training and providing hearing dogs to people who are deaf or hard of hearing. Dogs are provided free of charge!
A free public service that allows people with hearing or speech loss to stay independent on the phone. STS relay enables people who have a mild to moderate speech disability to place calls with the support of an operator who revoices their words as needed. CTS is for people who are hard of hearing or deaf and have understandable speech. This service enables them to communicate on a special amplified phone with the support of captions. MAT distributes free assistive devices to qualified applicants.

NAD advocates for the equality and rights of people who are deaf and hard of hearing.
National Softball Association for the Deaf
The National Softball Association of the Deaf allows members to particpate in adaptive softball, with annual tournaments.
